Our classic depth tiers are approx. 6” deep and contain 4 layers of cake with 3 layers of filling. Our signature tall tiers are approx. 8” deep and contain 3 layers of cake with 2 layers of filling, this allows the slice to be cut in half for more portions.

All our cakes (other than semi naked) are coated in chocolate ganache before wrapping with a fine layer of luxury fondant icing for a flawless contemporary finish. Approx. servings are for 1”x 1” portions.
